Exploring the Line Between Weather Phenomena and UFO Sightings
Written on
Weather can be awe-inspiring, with its ethereal, shifting forms reflecting light in such a way that one might mistake the sky for liquid silver or flames. Yet, when it comes to UFOs, the conversation shifts entirely.
Consider the case of a smoke ring observed in July across Texas and again in Mexico. While it coincided with a Starlink launch, it raises an intriguing question: if these phenomena are common, why aren’t more smoke rings visible in space?
As a passionate cloud enthusiast, I've amassed a collection of photographs featuring clouds and airplanes—far more than of people from my life. My fascination with capturing lightning led me to take a weather class, which not only helped me pass that year but also fueled my ambition to obtain a private pilot’s license. After all, knowledge in these areas is essential.
I must confess that my interpretations lean more towards the artistic than the scientific. My professor passed me, but he noted, “I never know what to do with these sorts of presentations,” as I quoted lyrics from songs about clouds and shared abstract reflections inspired by my photographs, taken both on the ground and from the air.
The whimsical nature of metaphors enchants us all. There’s a peculiar YouTube channel I occasionally watch called ‘Slapped Ham,’ a title that puzzles me and makes me hesitant to admit my viewership. Yet, what does this say about my interests?
In an episode titled These Creepy Videos Just Get Weirder and Weirder, viewers witness a group captivated by a smoke ring.
The infamous Chicago O’Hare UFO sighting, where an object created a hole in the cloud cover, prompts questions: Do UFOs interact with the atmosphere as they travel? Shouldn't their rapid movements produce sonic booms? If they vanish quickly, shouldn’t we hear something?
Typically, UFOs aren’t linked to smoke rings. A documentary claimed these rings are purely man-made; however, according to Gary Nolan, the only “proof” comes from the alcohol content—like 80 proof or 60 proof. Humans can certainly produce smoke rings, which is undisputed!
Nevertheless, I am skeptical that this diesel explanation accounts for all observed smoke rings, particularly those captured in orbit. For further context, see John’s essay below, titled UFO Sighting Over Texas, which includes multiple videos, news segments, and an article on the smoke ring incident in Mexico.
I find myself easily intrigued. A video captures what was seen in Texas and Mexico, showing an aircraft nearing the object that emits a smoke ring. The plane seems to pass behind the object, raising questions. If it did, then it’s likely not a Starlink. Alternatively, it could be an optical illusion, suggesting the aircraft is on the Earth side of another "Starlink."
However, even if it were related to Starlink—an assertion I question—experts referenced by the History channel suggest that smoke rings require an atmosphere to form. In space or low orbit, wouldn’t a ring dissipate too swiftly to be noticed? Their explanation relies on thermals to sustain the ring's structure.
The increasing number of videos and articles I encounter leads me to doubt the Starlink explanation; the media narrative seems flawed.
I can’t help but venture into darker territory. Reflecting on the 2014 disappearance of Malaysian Airlines MH370, it’s astonishing how even with precise information, the aircraft remains unfound. Yet, scientist Avi Loeb managed to locate micro-alien technology in the ocean where a meteor had crashed.
Some dismiss this notion, but acknowledging that humans can create smoke rings does not negate the existence of unexplained phenomena. The concept of debunking is more complex than it appears.

One skeptical query arises: why was MH370 subject to such intense scrutiny that footage exists of its capture? This raises suspicions.
If the US Government indeed collaborates with extraterrestrials—a claim made over the last 75 years by various abductees, and echoed by Haim Eshed in 2018—then the implications are significant. He claimed aliens are present, that a galactic federation exists, and that the US has a role in this.
Examining the insignias of space agencies worldwide alongside the US Space Force’s symbols reveals possible conspiratorial connections to the Star Trek emblems.
Are they hiding truths in plain sight, or leaving us clues? Recognizing a pattern can be enlightening. Yet, if it’s merely a calling card, why dismiss whistleblowers like David Grusch? Even Haim Eshed faced media ridicule, with critics labeling him as too old to be credible.
Did the government sacrifice MH370 and its passengers to extraterrestrial beings?
Could UFOs be time travelers from our future? The 1989 film Millennium, featuring Kris Kristofferson and Cheryl Ladd, proposes that future societies abduct individuals from doomed flights to preserve the human race.
I often speculate that Hollywood serves as a vehicle for soft disclosure. The government’s refusal to confirm "it's aliens" may stem from concerns about altering timelines.
Time-traveling beings might save humanity by bringing us forward at the moment of death. This evokes my past religious beliefs about rapture—except in this scenario, no one is left behind.
So, could smoke rings be portals?
Referencing Revelations 6:14, where the heavens roll back like a scroll, one might consider this as a metaphor for portals. Is it feasible to open a doorway in the sky akin to pushing a smoke ring? This concept extends beyond Chariots of the Gods to encompass doorways as well.
The idea that the Earth could shift poles or flip raises historical questions about ancient apocalyptic events. It’s curious why the CIA has classified documents suggesting cyclical occurrences like these transpire every time we orbit the galaxy.
While I’m not asserting that this is definitively true, the convergence of these ideas invites curiosity. Alternatively, they could be deliberate distractions. If the CIA is aware of these phenomena, and the Vatican possesses knowledge of extraterrestrial beings, what alliances are they forming? If they are misleading us, that raises moral questions about their motives.
A lack of curiosity might lead to stubborn denial about the importance of examining these issues.
I conclude this reflection with two additional related links.
